Securities shall mean transferable documents in dematerialized form - an electronic record, issuing in a series on the basis of which the owners exercise rights according to the issuer in accordance with the law and the decision on the issue.
Within the scope of the law foreseen in the Central Registry, the registration of all securities is carried out.
