A request, duly filled in, for accession to membership in the system of clearing, settlement and transfer of securities (the form is available for download at our website www.crhovrs.org under Regulations and Forms), is submitted directly to the Central Registry counter or is sent by mail.

Appropriate enclosures, as defined in Articles 18, 19, 27 of the Regulation on Membership in the Central Registry of Securities JSC Banja Luka (available at our website www.crhovrs.org under Regulations and Forms) shall be enclosed to the request for accession to membership of clearing, settlement and transfer of securities.
