The transfer of bonds shall be made on the basis of the decision on settlement of tax liabilities through RS bonds which are submitted by the Ministry of Finance to the Central Registry.

Upon receipt of the decision, the Central Registry invites the taxpayer to submit proof of payment of the fee to the Central Registry, as follows:
- - fee for the transfer service in the amount of 50.00 BAM per order,
- - fee for confirmation of the transferred transfer in the amount of 10,00 BAM per certificate.

After the transfer, the Central Registry submits a certificate of carried out transfer of securities (3 copies) to the Ministry of Finance.
