The following should be enclosed to the request for adjustment/change of the data:

Certified photocopy of certificate on performed verification of the account of frozen foreign currency savings issued by APIF,

Certified copy of the card (current account),

Certified copy of ID card,

Certified copy of birth certificate (not older than 6 months).

proof of payment of the fee in the amount of 5.00 KM per holder.
Documents for correction of personal data should be delivered to the protocol of the Central Registry of Securities.
Note: if, after performed correction, a security holder wishes to have a proof of payment, he/she/it should make a payment of 5.00 KM into transaction account no. 562100-80005420-15.
