The following should be enclosed to the request for creation of the holder's account:

certified photocopy of valid ID card, i.e. passport,

certified photocopy of the Certificate on Assigned ID no. by Ministry of Internal Affairs,

original or certified photocopy of excerpt from birth register (not older than 6 months).

proof of payment of the fee made in the amount of 5.00 KM (transaction acc.no. 562100-80005420-15), in accordance with the Price list of Services of the Central Registry of Securities.
Following each change of the balance on the account, the Central Registry issues to the holder a statement of the account which shows the balance on the account of securities at the end of the month in which a change took place, with a reminder that the statement does not represent a security. The holder of the account is the only person who can access the account.
