Notification to minority shareholders of the issuer Ozrenturist a.d. Doboj whose shares were transferred to the controlling shareholder BMD Komerc d.o.o. Doboj
Minority shareholders of the issuer Ozrenturist a.d. Doboj, whose shares were subject to transfer to the controlling shareholder BMD Komerc d.o.o. Doboj, are hereby notified that as of 02 November 2012, the payment of the compensation to minority shareholders was suspended. The Central Registry of Securities a.d. Banja Luka was notified by the District Commercial Court in Doboj, in letter no. 60 0 V 017432 12 V of 01 Nov 2012 that the minority shareholder Bajic Dusko from Banja Luka, filed a proposal that the court should determine an appropriate compensation for transfer of shares. Art. 483d, paragraph 2 of the Companies Act (The Republic of Srpska Official Gazette, nos. 127/08, 58/09 and 100/11) lays down that, in case that the request is filed for the court to determine an appropriate compensation in out-of-court procedure, the relevant court shall notify the Central Registry thereof without delay, in order to stop the payments of compensation to minority shareholders. Payment of the compensation to the minority shareholders of issue Ozrenturist a.d. Doboj, whose shares were subject to transfer to controlling shareholder BMD KOmerc d.o.o. Doboj will be resumed after the receipt of the final decision of the District Commercial Court in Doboj.
