In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 08 October 2021, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer Nova Banka a.d. Banja Luka to the controlling shareholder MG Ming d.o.o. Mrkonjić Grad.
