In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 25 March 2021, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer Vodoprivreda Posavina a.d. Laktaši to the controlling shareholder Koljančić Stanislava.
