In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 25 December 2020, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer Vitaminka a.d. Banja Luka to the controlling shareholder Spletena lipa d.o.o. Banja Luka.
