On 7 October 2019, based on the contract concluded between the Central Registry and the issuer MUNICIPALITY OF KOTOR VAROŠ, the Central Registry performed clearing of due 2nd coupon of issuer's bonds, with local designation OKRZ-O-A.
The total value of due obligations is in the amount of 110.000,00 KM based on interest.According to the the prospectus, the deadline for payment of the due coupon by the issuer to the account for the special purpose of the Central Registry is twelve days.
On the day of payment of the coupon value to the account for the special purpose of the Central Registry, the issuer has fulfilled its obligation to pay coupon to the owners.
The Central Registry makes a payment from a special purpose account at the expense of the owners within three business days from the date of payment of the coupon to the special purpose account of the Central Registry.
