In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 11 Jun 2019, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer Fabrika obuće „FOMG“ a.d. Mrkonjić Grad to the controlling shareholder Bema d.o.o. Banja Luka.
