In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 18 September 2018, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer Atos osiguranje ad Bijeljina to the controlling shareholder Grazer Wechselseitige Versicherung AG.
