In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 24 October 2018, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer PMP Jelšingrad-FMG ad Gradiška to the controlling shareholder PMP Industries S.P.A.
