In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 10 August 2017, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer Banjalučka pivara ad Banja Luka to the controlling shareholder Altima UK Value Investments Limited.
