In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 28 July 2016, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer Čajavec - Specijalna oprema ad Banja Luka to the controlling shareholder Imss-trade doo Banja Luka.
