In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 01 April 2016, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer GP „Jedinstvo“ ad Gradiška to the controlling shareholder Integral inženjering ad Laktaši.
