On 29 March 2016, the Central Registry of Securities a.d. Banja Luka received the Decision of the Republic of Srpska Securities Commission (Decision no. : 01-UP-61-738-78-15G/16 dated 28 March 2016) by which the transaction no.: 878372 by shares of the issuer „ Željeznice Republike Srpske“ a.d. Doboj, of local designation ZERS-R-A, announced on 01 February 2016, were annulled, the settlement of which had been suspended according to the order of the Republic of Srpska Securities Commission (Decision no. : 01-UP-61-738-51-15G/16 dated 01 February 2016).
Acting pursuant to the order of the Republic of Srpska Securities Commission, the Central Registry of Securities, immediately after receiving the said Decision, took all the actions to annul the settlement of the said transaction.
