In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 16 March 2016, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer Vitinka ad Kozluk to the controlling shareholder „Sinovi i oci“ doo Banja Luka.
