On 03 February 2016 the Central Registry of Securities, based on the order of the RS Securities Commission (Decision no. 01-UP-61-738-51-15G/16 dated 01 February 2016), blocked the acquisition and disposal of shares in the procedure of clearing and settlement of the issuer „Željeznice Republike Srpske“ a.d. Doboj, of local designation ZERS-R-A, in reference to the transaction performed on 01 February 2016..
Settlement of one transaction with the security ZERS-R-A was blocked.
The blockade of acquisition and disposal based on the aforementioned Decision shall be in force until the end of the process of supervision trading of shares of the issuer „Željeznice Republike Srpske“ a.d. Doboj and of authorized participants in the securities markets, but no longer than within 60 days as of the day of the receipt of the Decision of the RS Securities Commission.
