On April 20, 2015 the procedure of deletion of shares (both from the issuers' account and securities holders' account) of local designation IMPS-R-A of the issuer Preduzeće za proizvodnju, promet i usluge Impes ad Foča, ID no. 01061577 was completed, based on the decision on removal of the issuer from the issuers' register kept at the RS Securities Commission no. 01-03-RE-2406-5/14 dated February 02, 2014 and on the Court in Trebinje no. 062-0-Reg-13-000257 dated October 31, 2013 delete Register entry.
