In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 29 April 2014, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer Mrkonjićputevi ad Mrkonjić Grad to the controlling shareholder MG Mind doo Mrkonjić Grad.
