In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 03 December 2013, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer Građevinsko zanatstvo ad Trebinje to the controlling shareholder Herc-Invest doo Trebinje.
