Notification of forced sale of shares in the procedure of take-over of OČNA OPTIKA AD Banja Luka
On 02 March 2012, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares on the basis of forced sale of shares in the procedure of take-over of OČNA OPTIKA AD Banja Luka from shareholders' accounts whose shares were sold, by way of forced sale, to the account of the offeror MG MIND DOO Mrkonjić Grad.

For each share that was subject to forced sale the offeror paid the amount of 5,24 KM.
A shareholder whose shares were sold in the process of forced sale is entitled to a cash compensation. The offeror paid the amount of cash compensation into special-purpose account of the Central Registry.
The shareholder shall, as soon as possible after learning about the forced sale of his shares, inform the Central Registry about the cash account number to which the funds from the special-purpose account will be transferred, i.e. the funds that the shareholder is entitled to on the basis of forced sale, in case that the number of shareholder's account has not been entered in the Central Registry system within some other procedure.
