On 20 April 2011, the Central Registry of Securities AD Banja Luka performed transfer of ownership of shares of the issuer VITINKA AD Kozluk from the account of the shareholders who deposited shares in the process of take-over of this issuer, into the account of the offeror SINOVI I OCI DOO Banja Luka, in accordance with the Decision of the Republic of Srpska Securities Commission no.: 01-UP-031-1096/11 dated 19 April 2011.
