On 01 April 2011 the Central Registry of Securities AD Banja Luka suspended all the activities related to transfer of ownership of shares of the issuer VITINKA AD Kozluk from the accounts of shareholders who deposited shares in the process of acquisition of this issuer to the account of the offeror SINOVI I OCI DOO Banja Luka, in accordance with the Decision issued by the Republic of Srpska Securities Commission no.: 01-UP-031-926/11 dated 01 April 2011.
The suspension of transfer of ownership is suspended until the completion of the process of supervision of application of the Law on Shareholder Companies Acquisition in the process of acquisition of the issuer VITINKA AD Kozluk
