The Central Registry, acting as the paying agent, in accordance with Article 17 of the Rulebook on Performing Paying Agent Operations (Official Gazette RS No. 59/26), publishes the following annuity payments delay report:
The deadline for the payment of the 37th annuity of the bond with the local designation DISV-O-A issued by the Drvna industrija Šipovo doo Šipovo expired on August 26, 2026.
Given that a delay has occurred, the Central Registry will initiate enforcement proceedings.
