In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 09 December 2024, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer BONEL AD BANJA LUKA to the controlling shareholder BAJIĆ (PERO) LAZO.
