In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 24 June 2024, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer ZTC BANJA VRUĆICA AD BANJA VRUĆICA to the controlling shareholder SLOBOPROM DOO LONČARI.
