In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 24 June 2024, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer MCD COMPANY AD BANJA LUKA to the controlling shareholder IVANKOVIĆ MILAN.
