On 29 September , 2023, based on the contract concluded between the Central Registry and the issuer MKD PRO FIN DOO ISTOČNO SARAJEVO, the Central Registry performed clearing of due 1st annuity of issuer's bonds, with local designation TRRF-O-D.
The total value of due obligations is in the amount of 129.522,03 KM for principal amount and 32.500,00 KM based on interest.
According to the the prospectus, the deadline for payment of the due annuity by the issuer to the account for the special purpose of the Central Registry is 10 days from the due day. On the day of payment of the coupon value to the account for the special purpose of the Central Registry, the issuer has fulfilled its obligation to pay annuity to the owners.
The Central Registry makes a payment from a special purpose account at the expense of the owners within three business days from the date of payment of the annuity to the special purpose account of the Central Registry.
