On 28 August 2023, based on the contract concluded between the Central Registry and the issuer Komunalac a.d. Kozarska Dubica, the Central Registry performed clearing of due 47th annuity of issuer's bonds, with local designation KMRZ-O-A.
The total value of due obligations is in the amount of 6.234,13 KM for principal amount and i 5.231,93 KM based on interest.
According to the the prospectus, the deadline for payment of the due annuity by the issuer to the account for the special purpose of the Central Registry is two working days from the date of the annuity, or from the date of performing clearing of the due annuity. On the day of payment of the annuity value to the account for the special purpose of the Central Registry, the issuer has fulfilled its obligation to pay annuity to the owners.
The Central Registry makes a payment from a special purpose account at the expense of the owners within three business days from the date of payment of an annuity to the special purpose account of the Central Registry.
