In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 23 August 2023, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer HOTEL PRIJEDOR AD PRIJEDOR to the controlling shareholder STJEPANOVIĆ MARKA.
