In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 01 June 2023, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer ATLANTIS AD BANJA LUKA to the controlling shareholder LOVIĆ SVETOLJUB.
