On 01 Jun 2023, based on the contract concluded between the Central Registry and the issuer MUNICIPALITY GRAD PRIJEDOR, the Central Registry performed clearing of due 4st annuity of issuer's bonds, with local designation GRPR-O-A.The total value of due obligations is in the amount of 35.863,97 KM for principal amount and 22.472,08 KM based on interest.According to the the prospectus, the deadline for payment of the due annuity by the issuer to the account for the special purpose of the Central Registry is 10 days from the due day. On the day of payment of the annuity value to the account for the special purpose of the Central Registry, the issuer has fulfilled its obligation to pay annuity to the owners.
