In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 18 May 2023, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer UGOSTITELJSKO TURISTIČKO I TRGOVINSKO AKCIONARSKO DRUŠTVO VAZDUŠNA BANJA KNEŽEVO to the controlling shareholder ŠKELJIĆ STOJICA.
