In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 10 March 2023, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer SHP CELEX AD BANJA LUKA to the controlling shareholder ECO-INVESTMENT AS.
