In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 10 February 2023, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer UGOTURS AD ČELINAC to the controlling shareholder CVIJANOVIĆ SVJETLANU.
