In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 22 August 2022, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer ZLATEL AD BANJA LUKA to the controlling shareholder ZLATKA TELALOVIĆA.
