On 20 June 2022, based on the contract concluded between the Central Registry and the issuer MUNICIPALITY OF SRBAC, the Central Registry performed clearing of due 18th coupon of issuer's bonds, with local designation OSOD-O-A.The total value of due obligations is in the amount of 67.128,07 KM for principal amount and 47.214,51 KM based on interestAccording to the the prospectus, the deadline for payment of the due coupon by the issuer to the account for the special purpose of the Central Registry is two days. On the day of payment of the coupn value to the account for the special purpose of the Central Registry, the issuer has fulfilled its obligation to pay coupon to the owners.
The Central Registry makes a payment from a special purpose account at the expense of the owners within three business days from the date of payment of a coupon to the special purpose account of the Central Registry.
