The Rules of Operation of the Depository of Investment Funds


Steering Board of the Central Registry of Securities a.d. Banja Luka has passed the new Rules of Operation of the Depository of Investment Funds, no.UO- 7054/10, on its session held on 28th July 2010. The RS Securities Commission has apprevod the Rules on 12th August 2010. The Rules are published in the Republic of Srpska Official Gazette no. 92/10 and come into force on 28th September 2010.
