The Central Registry transferred state capital of issuer ROBNA KUĆA BOSKA AD BANJA LUKA to members of Consortium of legal entities ZEKSTRA GRUPA-ZEKSTRA DOO Beograd and DELTA REAL ESTATE DOO Beograd, after necessary documentation has been provided by the Ministry of Trade and Tourism of Srpska and the Consortium members.
