In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 17 September 2026, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer VELETRGOVINA AD GRADIŠKA to the controlling shareholder ŠLJIVAR DARKO.
