In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 16 September 2026, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer OSIGURAVAJUĆE DRUŠTVO MIKROFIN OSIGURANJE AD BANJA LUKA to the controlling shareholder KREMENOVIĆ ALEKSANDAR.
