In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 28 August 2026, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer VETERINARSKA STANICA AD TESLIĆ to the controlling shareholder GOTOVAC BOGOSLAV.
