In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 05 June 2026, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer POLJOPROIZVOD AD PRIJEDOR to the controlling shareholder DOO ŽITOPRERADA EXPORT-IMPORT PRIJEDOR.
