Order for opening the account, duly filled in (it can be downloaded from our web site www.crhovrs.org under Regulations and Forms) is submitted by a person authorized for representing the legal entity or the legal entity's attorney-in-fact. The order is submitted to the Central Registry counter or sent by mail.

The following enclosures are submitted with the order:
- certified copy of excerpt from the court or another appropriate register - domestic legal entity,
- certified copy of notification of the Republic Institute for Statistics on Classification of the Unit of Classification according to the activity - domestic legal entity,
- excerpt from the court or another competent registry - for foreign legal entities, certified by a competent body of that state, and bearing apostille,
- certified copy of identification document of a person authorized for representation,
- excerpt from the court or another competent registry for all legal persons founders of the founders in which it is possible to identify the ultimate owner (physical entity) - for foreign legal entities, certified by a competent body of that state, and bearing apostille,
- power of attorney (if the order is submitted by an attorney-in-fact),
- written statement of a person authorized to represent that legal entity about the number of bank account or instruction of the bank,
- proof of payment of the fee in the amount of 10,00 KM to one of the Central Registry accounts.
