On 10 January 2022, based on the contract concluded between the Central Registry and the issuer VODOVOD JSC Kozarska Dubica, the Central Registry performed clearing of due 11th annuity of issuer's bonds, with local designation VDKZ-O-A.
The total value of due liabilities is in the amount of 13.890,43 KM, out of which 6.384,12 KM was paid on the principal amount, and 7.506,31 KM on the basis of interest.
According to the the prospectus, the deadline for payment of the due annuity by the issuer to the account for the special purpose of the Central Registry is five days from the date of the annuity. On the day of payment of the annuity value to the account for the special purpose of the Central Registry, the issuer has fulfilled its obligation to pay annuity to the owners.
The Central Registry makes a payment from a special purpose account at the expense of the owners within three business days from the date of payment of an annuity to the special purpose account of the Central Registry.
