A member of the Central Registry in the system of insight into the statement on the issuer's account may be:
● issuer - for all securities issued by the issuer,
● investment fund management company - for all securities issued by an investment fund managed by the company,
● Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina as emission agent - for debt securities issued by Bosnia and Herzegovina,
● issuing agent - for debt securities issued by the issuer through a continuous method or in tranches
● pension fund management company - for all securities issued by the pension fund managed by the company,
● financial organizations established by a special law to manage property that is directly or indirectly owned by the Republic of Srpska - for all securities issued by funds managed by these organizations.
