The Central Registry of Securities is a legal entity that performs operations of unique database on securities, the rights inherent in securities, and third party rights on securities.
At the same time we are a clearing house that performs operations of clearing, settlement and transfer of securities and cash liabilities and receivables arising from the transactions with securities.
Another important segment of our work includes performing operations of a depository for investment funds.
The Central Registry of Securities is an institution which is extremely important for efficient functioning of the capital markets because of its role in providing support to the market and market participants, and its task in making sure that the transfer of ownership of securities is performed safely and in the manner defined by law, thus guarantying safety to all current and future investors.
