UniCredit Bank d.d. was founded by acquisition of HVB Central Profit Banka by UniCredit Zagrebačka banka on 4th March 2008. Both banks continued with the business activities under the new name UniCredit Bank d.d. With total assets of over BAM 3.5 billion, capital of BAM 350 million and over 800,000 clients, the Bank operates through a network of 96 branches, covering the whole territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, making all products and services of UniCredit Bank d.d. available to every client, in all larger locations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
